"Out of the Shadows: Getting Ahead of Prisoner Radicalization," a special report, was released today by The George Washington University Homeland Security Policy Institute and The University of Virginia Critical Incident Analysis Group.  The report examines "what is currently known about radicalization and recruitment in U.S. prison systems at the federal, state and local levels".
