"Prison Staffing  Analysis: A Training Manual" (December 2008) developed by the NIC Prisons Division is now available as a download on the NIC website. The link is:   http://nicic.org/Library/022667

 This manual provides guidance that “will enable an agency staffing administrator to set up an agency staffing analysis unit and produce a staffing analysis report for an entire agency”.
