Based on the NIC FTO curriculum, this program will provide staff with the training needed to effectively develop and deliver skill based On-The-Job training modules to employees. During this program participants will discuss the different aspects and responsibilities that being an Field Training Officer will require. They will explore how the training cycle affects learning and will be provided with an opportunity to practice writing performance objectives. This program will culminate with a presentation activity designed to employ the concepts provided in this module.
