    Indiana Supreme Court Ruling Supports Evidence-Based Practices

    For several years, the National Institute of Corrections (NIC) has promoted evidence-based practices (EBP) to reduce offender risks. That project has advocated such practices within corrections, as well as throughout the justice system.
