Please share your information when and where you are offering T4C facilitator training. Also, if you are opening up and/or providing T4C facilitator training others outside of your agency, please share.

TRICOR, Correctional Industries,  State of Tennessee agency, is trained by NIC to deliver T4C Facilitator training.  We have 6-8 employees ready to participate in the next T4C Facilitator training and would like to partner with another NIC trained agency to deliver a fully virtual class of at least 12, but certainly open to more. Our target class would begin November 3 and graduate on December 9, 2021. We can discuss dates with an interested group.   Please contact Susan Cunningham at Susan.D.Cunningham@tn.gov. by September 2, 2021 to state your interest and, then, we can make a commitment, determine schedules and capacity of training group by September 10, 2021.

Hello everyone,

Thank you for interest in NIC's T4C training. At this time we do not have dates for training scheduled. When the schedule is updated it will be posted here: When and where will NIC offer facilitator training? That said, our training calendar for 2022 is very uncertain and there will definitely be limited availability if any at all. You might also consider contacting the authors to see if there are any training opportunities in your area that could give you more concrete schedules and availability. Please click here to contact the authors directly.

The following link will provide you with common NIC T4C questions: Thinking for a Change (T4C): Frequently Asked Questions.
