There is a downloadable training curriculum for staff called: "What Are They Thinking?; Thinking for a Change Two-Day Curriculum" in the NIC Library complete with PowerPoints. It was developed by the Dallas County Community Supervision and Corrections Department, Dallas, TX. It may be adaptable for your needs.
