Hello all. I work for a large county as pre-trial probation officer, which requires daily access to the county jail. We have access to ATIMS - the jail management system - but certain functions are limited, such as setting up visitor appointments.
The jail recently switched to ATIMS and getting visitor passes has been a pain. Our offices are in the same building as the jail, so we are not traveling to see people.
Just seeing if anyone else has experience with pretrial probation having greater access to a jail management system used by the sheriff's department?
